This policy explains what information Moreh Consulting Group LLC ("Moreh", "we") receives through this website, www.moreh.co, and what we do with it. We are a construction program management and advisory firm based in Massachusetts.

What we collect

When you use the contact form. We receive what you choose to enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and your message.

When you visit any page. Like every website, our hosting records technical details of each request, such as your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, and your browser type. When you send the contact form, we also log your IP address, the email address you entered and the subject line, so we can detect and block abuse.

What we do not collect. This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Our fonts and images are served from moreh.co itself, so loading a page does not send your information to anyone else.

How we use it

• To read and answer your inquiry, and to follow up on it.
• To keep the website running and secure, including spotting and blocking spam or abuse of the form.
• To keep records of our business correspondence.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you used the contact form.

Who handles it for us

We use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf and only to provide their service to us:

• Google Cloud hosts this website and the contact form service, and keeps their technical logs.
• Google Workspace delivers your form message to our mailbox at info@moreh.co.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the security of our systems.

How long we keep it

Technical logs are kept for about 30 days. Messages you send us are kept as business correspondence for as long as we have a business reason or a legal or contractual obligation to keep them.

How we protect it

The website and the contact form use encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to our mailbox and systems is limited to the people who need it and protected by multi-factor authentication.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@moreh.co. We will answer within 30 days. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and public agencies. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
